🐝 Salone Vibes
Why I built it: I’ve been deep in Salone music for years and there was nowhere for fans to find events, learn the lingo or look up song lyrics, or discover artists and their links.
What it is: A cultural companion to Salone music where you can look up Krio words and phrases with AI-powered cultural context, explore a growing artist directory, and find events. Multiple AI agents continuously enrich the directory behind the scenes, with human review before anything goes live.
Built with: Cursor, Claude API, Tavily, Whisper, Clerk, Hosted on Railway (API + Postgres).

Why I built it: To have one place to save info I was retaining (e.g. terminology across fractional clients) and have a way to study and quiz myself.
What it is: An easy way to turn your notes into flashcards and quizzes, especially for professionals.

Why I built it: To have one place to track professional and personal wins as they happen, and turn them into useful outputs like AI summaries and resume bullets.
What it is: A wins tracker with AI-powered summaries and resume bullets. Built for job seekers, professionals in performance review season, and anyone who forgets to celebrate their progress.
Built with: Claude Code, Next.js, Supabase, Anthropic API. Hosted on Vercel.

Why I built it: Some docs (e.g. legal docs, terms of services, contracts) are hard to understand. So we just click ‘agree’ or sign without reading. I wanted a tool that could explain them plainly in multiple languages, and that could be accessed from the web without needing to know how to prompt an AI tool.
What it is: Paste text, upload a PDF, or enter a URL and get a structured plain-language breakdown: summary, key rights, key risks, clauses to watch out for, and other notable terms. Supports multiple output languages including Yoruba and Krio. Includes PII redaction and content safety via Bedrock Guardrails. Authenticated users can store and revisit past analyses.
Built with: Amazon Bedrock (Nova Lite), Amazon Comprehend, Bedrock Guardrails, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Cognito, Lovable for frontend and hosting.

Why I built it: I get curious about the lyrics on some African songs. Sometimes I could find the lyrics online but not what it means in English. I got a taste of what translations could look like from the Salone Vibes experience but that was intentionally limited to Sierra Leonean music, so I built this app to just translate and provide cultural context for any African song. Now I can fake-sing-along better, like I can do with Latin music.
What it is: African song translation app where anyone can view existing translations and search through them by title or artist or language. Anyone can request a translation and receive an answer in under a minute. Translated songs receive line by line and word by word (because lines can switch languages in the middle) and context. Play the song while reading the translation for extra fun.

Why I built it: Before committing to a full Ghana Vibes fork of Salone Vibes, I wanted to answer two questions: is Ghanaian music data on public APIs actually as good as I expected, and does a music discovery/recommendation experience feel useful for Ghana specifically?
What it is: A prototype that lets me see and compare results from potential APIs that could be used for a Ghana Vibes app, and also gives some background on Ghanaian music.
Built with: Lovable, Last.fm API, Deezer API, YouTube Data API v3, Anthropic API, MusicBrainz.
🐝 Slack Aggregator
Why I built it: I’m active in a large number of Slack workspaces and wanted a single dashboard to see unreads and saved items across all of them without constant context-switching. Similar in spirit to the old Meebo.
What it is: A unified Slack dashboard showing unread channel counts and bookmarked items across multiple workspaces. Read-only. Each item links directly to the relevant channel in the Slack client.
Built with: Kiro, Node.js/Express 5, React/Vite, PostgreSQL, Railway. Slack OAuth 2.0, Vitest.
Note: I started this knowing I might run into blockers but hoping I would not. Blocked by workspace admin install policies that third-party apps cannot override. Technical solution was correct; deployment feasibility was the constraint.
🐝 Security Questionnaire Assistant
Why I built it: Security questionnaires are time-consuming and repetitive. I wanted a tool that could draft answers from company policy docs so those filling out questionnaires were not starting from scratch every time.
What it is: AI-powered tool that answers security questionnaire questions from your own uploaded policy documents, with citations and Word export.
Built with: Cursor, FastAPI, React, Claude API. Uses RAG.
Note: Runs locally for now. Will be hosted, but security documents stay local by design.

🐝 Job Fit Analyzer
Why I built it: Job searching means manually checking multiple boards and evaluating lots of listings. I wanted an agent that could do the scanning and scoring so I could focus on applying to the right ones.
What it is: An AI agent that proactively scrapes job boards, scores listings against a candidate profile, and surfaces results in a web UI for the candidate to review.
Built with: Claude Code, Claude API, Python, Flask
Note: Many job sites don’t allow scraping. The usefulness will depend on how many job sites can be scraped.
