I’m Boomie, a senior engineering leader, AI literacy educator, adjunct professor, and coach. I’ve led engineering teams at NPR, Capital One, and Accenture, co-founded a fitness app that reached 3 million users, and have been teaching at the university level for 20+ years.

These days I spend a lot of my time thinking about what it means to actually use AI well, in engineering organizations, in businesses, and in everyday work. I believe learning should be practical. Leadership should be human. And technology should actually help.
