Coaching Packages
This is a collaborative journey.
Coaching includes not just our sessions, but also preparation, support, follow-up, and evolution over time.
My packages are below. If you prefer customizations to these plans, let’s talk, and I will let you know if I can accommodate it.
Core Career Coaching
For ongoing career development, leadership growth, and navigating the longer arc of your career.
What is included:
Weekly 55-minute live sessions
Async support between sessions (response within 48 hours, often same day)
Feedback on documents (presentations, self-reviews, performance review prep, etc.)
One month minimum, because this is a journey and not a light switch. More support can be requested at a premium (for example, meeting more often).
Cost: 2500/month
Payment: Due at the beginning of each coaching month.
Cancellations: After the first month, coaching may be canceled at any time. Fees already paid cover the full monthly engagement and are not tied to specific sessions. Any remaining support can be used within the original term.
Specific Short-Term Goal
For a specific, focused goal we’ve agreed can be meaningfully addressed in weeks, not months. We’ll scope it together before you sign on.
What is included:
At least one 55-minute live session
Async support
Feedback on documents
One week minimum. Weeks do not have to be consecutive.
Cost: 750/week
Payment: Due at the beginning of each coaching week.
Cancellations: Cancel any time. Since weeks may not be consecutive, please let me know when you consider the engagement complete.
